Every piece is hand-crocheted from scratch after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. This is how I keep zero stock and zero waste — I only make what someone actually wants.

Production takes 10–14 days. After that, worldwide shipping usually adds 3–7 days depending on where you are. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as she leaves the studio.

If you have an event and need a piece faster, email me at info@provem-wrong.com with your deadline. I can’t always make it happen, but if there’s a way, I’ll find it.

Full measurements are listed in every product description. For pieces sized to your height (like THE PITA BAG), just enter your number on the product page and I’ll do the math — the strap comes proportional to your body.

Sometimes, yes. Email me at info@provem-wrong.com with what you’re thinking. Since every piece is made from scratch anyway, small custom tweaks are often possible.

Keep her dry. Wipe with a soft cloth. No washing machine — she’s not that kind of girl. When you’re not wearing her, tuck her into the dust bag she came with — that’s her home. Leather softens and gains character with time; that’s a feature, not a flaw.

Yes. From Tel Aviv to anywhere with an address. Any local duties or customs are handled by you on delivery — they vary by country.

Yes — free self-pickup from the studio in Neot Afeka, Tel Aviv, by prior arrangement. Select “Pickup” at checkout. Once your piece is ready, I’ll reach out to arrange a time.

Because every piece is made from scratch specifically for you, all sales are final. If something arrives with a defect or the wrong size, email me within 7 days at info@provem-wrong.com and I’ll make it right.
